I tried the ginger latte and it was the smoothest most delicious latte I've ever had. My husband enjoyed his coffee, which is rare, and he had a chocolate croissant muffin pastry which was delicious! Great hangout space, outlets, and you can enter from the street or the courtyard. Highly recommend, and the barrista/cashier were lovely and prompt.

Today I took advantage of a Yelp Elite experience in the Old Town Plaza, at the Flying Roadrunner Bakery, a cozy and charming local bakery with a colorful display of pastries and cakes. I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did! The staff was very friendly and attentive, greeting me with a warm smile and taking my order promptly. I chose a gourmet chai cream filled croissant and a fresh made chai latte with a light sprinkle of cinnamon. The croissant was flaky and buttery, with a generous amount of creamy filling that had a subtle spice and sweetness. The latte was smooth and frothy, with a perfect balance of tea and milk flavors. It was a heavenly combination that satisfied my taste buds and warmed my soul. The bakery had a nice ambiance, with a pleasant aroma of baked goods filling the air. The decor was simple but elegant, with wooden tables and chairs, colorful cushions, and some local artwork on the walls. It felt like a home away from home, where I could relax and enjoy my delicious treats. I highly recommend Flying Roadrunner Bakery to anyone who loves fresh and quality baked goods, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. It's one of the best bakeries in Albuquerque, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their amazing creations!

Might be the one of the best cinnamon rolls that i have had. Very good. Was able to get the next to last one before their closing time. I picked it to take home.

A lovely little spot in Old Town! I got an almond croissant and a matcha latte. That almond croissant was EXCELLENT! Crispy outside, fluffy layers, and an absolutely delicious almond cream. I was so happy and satisfied. It's lacking a bit in seating, but if the weather is good, I'm sure it's nice to find a spot to sit outside in Old Town.

With the chilly 30-degree weather, I was in need of some coffee to warm up while waiting for my flight. I decided to stop by Flying Roadrunner Bakery, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The place is cozy, with a welcoming ambiance that instantly makes you feel at home. The owner Shawn was incredibly attentive, ensuring every customer felt cared for. I love supporting local businesses like this, especially when they offer such a comfortable atmosphere and excellent service. If you’re in the area and need a warm drink or a cozy spot to relax, Flying Roadrunner Bakery is definitely worth visiting. It’s the perfect place to warm up and unwind!

First and foremost they are moving soon, and no matter how far that move is, it's worth it to find them. On my visit I had a muenster and red chili croissant as well as a passion fruit and coconut croissant. Both of them were clearly made by someone who knows what they're doing, and I would highly recommend them, though the one in the picture is seasonal. My wife also got coffee and said it was very good. The staff is friendly and helped point me to some local sites to see that are off the touristy trail.

My Wife and I ride our bicycles, everywhere, to try new places for special flavors. We stopped in at The Flying Roadrunner, on a Sunday morning, and WOW ! we're we glad. I have to give them the award for Best Croissant in the State of New Mexico. We have tried places all over the State, but The Flying Roadrunner is the BEST. Even better than the French bakery on the harbor in South Carolina ( which has been unrivaled for the past 8 years until now.) Now we don't have to travel to South Carolina. Also, Le Bakery, in Albuquerque, is absolutely superbe.

Amazing pastries! Friendly Staff and comfy seating! I tried the new spring menu today and it did not disappoint. We had the shaved ham and gruyere, and the lemon curd merengue! Wow both equally delicious!

Flying Roadrunner Cafe is a hidden gem with the best croissants, perfectly flaky, buttery, and fresh every time. The owners are truly amazing people: welcoming, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do. The whole place has a great environment, warm, comfortable, and the kind of spot you want to stay in a little longer. Highly recommend stopping by for a croissant (or MORE).
